The World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOPC) will be at the Bicycle Casino in Bell Gardens. California, just outside of Los Angeles, March 6 through April 5. It will be the Circuit’s only stop in the Los Angeles area.
The WSOPC event, along with Bicycle Casino’s Winnin’ o’ the Green and Mega Millions IX, will offer over $2,500,000 in guarantees. There will be a wide range of tournament formats, including turbo events, deepstack events, bounty events, and six-handed events. Buy-ins range from $120 to $5,300, depending on guarantees and game type.
The Circuit Main Event takes place March 15-17 and features a $1,000,000 guarantee. Each player starts with 20,000 tournament chips for the $1,675 buy-in. The Main Event winner receives the diamond-encrusted Championship ring, as well as a seat into the World Series of Poker National Championship in Atlantic City. The competition will be televised on ESPN. One additional seat into the WSOP National Championship is also up for the taking to the Circuit Champion.
Bicycle Casino, with 175 tables, has hosted WSOP Circuit for three years. It is open 24 hours year-round.
