Seminole Hard Rock announced its poker schedule for 2014

The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in South Florida announced its major series tournament schedule for 2014 with events in March/April, August and November. Up first will be the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown returning March 27-April 16.
The championship will feature a $5 million guarantee, the largest guaranteed prize pool offered for a $3,500 buy-in. This series will feature the $5 million televised World Poker Tournament (WPT) Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown Championship event from Thursday, April 10 through Wednesday, April 16. Registration will open in March with more details to follow, including a full schedule of events to be announced in January.
Other announced dates include the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open returning Aug. 6-28 and the Hard Rock ‘N Roll Poker Open running Nov. 13-Dec. 1.
South Point: Throughout December the casino hosts daily no-limit Texas Hold’em “Bounty” tournaments every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 10 a.m., 2 and 7 p.m., and every Wednesday and Sunday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Poker players have the opportunity to participate in each “Bounty” tournament for a $60 buy-in fee.
The casino also offers guests the opportunity to participate in a special no-limit Texas Hold’em “Deep-Stack” tournament every Wednesday and Sunday at 6 p.m. When card players purchase a buy-in for $100, they will receive $7,500 in tournament chips.
Guests can receive an additional $2,500 in tournament chips for a $10 add-on purchase. For more information on all promotions, stop by the poker room or visit the casino’s website online.
Suncoast: Located In Summerlin, the poker room is a non-smoking, 10-table card room open 24 hours a day. The room features $2-4, $4-8, and $10-20 limit Texas Hold’em; $1-2, and $2-5 blind no-limit Texas Hold’em;$4-8 Omaha Hi, $4-8 Omaha Hi-Lo, and $1-5 Seven Card Stud. If you prefer tournament play, there are daily “no limit” hold’em tournaments available.
The room features high-hand cash bonuses starting at $50 for four of kind and $100 for straight flushes, and a maximum rake of just $3 a hand. They also have 12 flat-screen TVs positioned throughout the room for players’ viewing enjoyment.
As with all B Connected poker rooms, players earn comp dollars for playing in “live” games, which may be used for food, toward room rates, gift shop purchased and more.
