Casino Technology seals deal to develop Hot Rod slots

Bulgarian games developer Casino Technology has partnered with Florida-based TEN: The Enthusiast Network for exclusive rights to develop casino games based on the publishing and logistics company’s car-focused title Hot Rod Magazine.

Carrying the Hot Rod brand and playing off the wider automobile culture around it, the new suite of games will feature unique game-design characteristics and come packaged in a new, themed cabinet that pays homage to the hallmark shape and lines of vintage hot rods.

The company said that the games will recall the full history of Hot Rods from early post-war drag racing to today’s rodding culture, while using “unique math models, gameplay features, and graphics to match” to ensure a wide appeal to all players “seeking more variety and compelling game content.”

Milo Borissov, Casino Technology president, describing the partnership as “logical”, said: “Hot Rod and the rodding culture carry an inherent sense of excitement and entertainment that is a true fit for the gaming world. The wide global, age, and thematic appeal gives us a canvas primed for success.”

Vice president Rossi McKee added: “Our expectations are that the new series will complement the global success of the Gamopolis multi-game brand and will strengthen the company’s position as a manufacturer of highly attractive gaming content and tailor-made products.”

Meanwhile Tyler Schulze, senior vice president at TEN Enterprises, described TEN as “very excited to see the Hot Rod brand extended to this unique category.

«Casino Technology is a leader in the gaming technology industry, and immediately recognized the outstanding opportunity to leverage long-standing consumer affinity for the HOT Rod brand into gaming experiences,» he said.

TEN, a network of enthusiast brands, counts more than 50 magazines, 60 websites, and 50 events among its properties.
