Valentine’s week is here with casino specials and romantic meals for two.
El Cortez: Club Cortez members will receive one free box of candy for every 1,500 points earned through Feb. 14. Couples dining at the Flame Steakhouse on Valentine’s Day will receive a single long-stem rose upon entrance.
Station Casinos: The properties will be having a Valentine’s Day Bingo $222,000 Cash Bonus at the 1, 7 and 9 p.m. sessions, plus $10,000 Cash Balls at Palace, Boulder, Texas, Sunset, Santa Fe, Green Valley Ranch and Red Rock. Normal Cash Ball rules apply and are available in all participating bingo rooms.
Silverton: Hungry romantics can indulge in this years’ Twin Creeks Steakhouse Valentine’s Day Four Course Menu for Two for only $60 per person.
The first course comes with the option of three appetizers to share, including sashimi oysters and shrimp toast, chilled crab legs and warm prosciutto parmesan wrapped asparagus spears, or the lobster artichoke fondue with brioche toast.
The second course is a choice of coconut curry soup with rock shrimp and chili spiced croutons or the spinach and endive salad with goat cheese, orange slices, toasted almonds and pomegranate vinaigrette.
The third course offers three entrée choices, including cinnamon honey lacquered game hen with warm arugula and bacon stuffing and roasted brussel sprouts, the classic lobster thermidor or an 8 ounce filet Oscar-style topped with jumbo lump crab with a béarnaise sauce served with asparagus.
The feat concludes with a dessert that includes cocoa powder and maca-dusted chocolate truffles, cheesecake-filled chocolate covered strawberries and cinnamon coffee gingerbread-crusted fried gelato with vanilla honey. This menu is offered during regular business hours of 5 to 10 p.m. Reservations are strongly recommended.
Sam’s Town: Billy Bob’s Steakhouse has Chateaubriand for Two for $60. This Valentine’s meal includes center-cut tenderloin served with béarnaise sauce and chateau potatoes sautéed in butter. Soup of the day or house salad are included. Strawberry Romanoff tops off the meal as dessert.
Planet Hollywood: Rock Bar, inside PBR Rock Bar at Miracle Mile Shops, has two-for-one glasses of champagne, beer pong and sensual bull ride this Friday.
Eldorado: On Friday and Saturday, Mary’s Diner and Mariana’s Cantina will be serving Filet Mignon & Shrimp Scampi with fingerling potatoes, fresh green beans and soup or salad for $11.99 per person.
Rampart: Celebrating President’s Day this Monday, the Summerlin resort has a $5,000 giveaway. Earn 50 base points and receive a chocolate bar. Those earning 100 lucky bars will have $50 in bonus free slot play. Candy bars will be available from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
