Ultimate Poker signs poker pro Danielle Andersen to Team U

Station Casinos’ Ultimate Poker (UltimatePoker.com), the first licensed and regulated online poker site in America, has signed poker pro, Danielle Andersen as part of Team U.
Andersen, 29, is arguably the highest earning female cash game player in the history of online poker. Andersen’s competitive nature led her to pick up the game after watching her future husband and friends play in college in 2003.
Finding herself winning on a regular basis, she made a $50 deposit and never looked back. Andersen soon left her $8 an hour job in college to play poker professionally.
“I’m very excited to begin a new chapter in my poker career as I sign on as the newest member of Team U,” Andersen said. “I’m looking forward to my return to the online poker tables and the first legal online poker site in the United States seems like the perfect place to do it!”
Widely known in the poker community as “dmoongirl” Andersen was consistently found playing $25-$50 6-max cash games online – sometimes even as high as $200-$400.
The “Bet Raise Fold” documentary catapulted her to becoming an even more recognizable face and name within the poker community.
