The 2014 World Series of Poker starts on May 27th, at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
If you’re a big fan of poker, you can start booking your trip to Las Vegas now. Organizers of the World Series of Poker have released details about next year’s tour dates and it looks like the 45th edition of the event will be taking place at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
The tournament begins on May 27. Players will have 49 consecutive days of poker to look forward to, with formation of the final table for the main event taking place on July 14. According to the latest casino gambling news, the 2014 WSOP will include a “Millionaire Maker” scheduled for May 31, as well as the $1 million buy-in no-limit hold’em “Big One for One Drop” charity event.
Players looking forward to big prizes
More than 6,300 players signed up for the $1,500 buy-in first held this year. The effort is worth it though, as poker skills and smart strategies will bring the big winner a seven-figure prize.
Players in New Jersey and Nevada, where online gambling is legal, will have the opportunity to win seats at next year’s event. The complete list of bracelet events won’t be finalized before January, but organizers have announced that there will be more than sixty gold bracelet events.
